Neill's company installed a new bathroom light and a bathroom heater for me in January 2021. The bathroom LED light stopped working a few days ago. As it was still under guarantee I contacted Neill and he immediately arranged an electrician appointment a couple of days later when the light fitting was exchanged free of charge with no fuss or bother. I have never needed to make use of an electrical guarantee previously but was extremely impressed at how responsive Jenkins Electrical was. 100% satisfied. Many thanks.
March 2022: I once again used Jenkins Electrical to disconnect an electrical supply. An appointment slot was provided and kept to and the cost of the job as expected. Very helpful & professional as always. Thanks again!
