This is a basic guide of our charges for Rewires of Flats and Houses:

Rewire of 1 Bed Flat / House: Lighting to be completed using Quinetic wireless modules and switches Or can be Completed by traditional Wiring to switches but will require Chasing the walls, which will need Re-plastering and Decorating by others. 1 x Bedrooms, Landing, Bathroom, Lounge, Dining room, Kitchen, Hallway, Outside Lights. 3 double sockets per room, 4 in lounge, 4-6 in kitchen with Isolators for appliances, ie. Washing machine, Dishwasher, Cooker hood, Single oven, Hob ignition (Gas), Under unit Lighting etc.. Cooker circuit, Smoke alarms top and bottom of stairs, Heat alarm in kitchen, Pendants in centre of each room, Bathroom light and Fan, New CU, Bonding to gas and water etc. Certification and Building control Notification included. All accessories are included as White plastic only and would include a basic filler compound around accessories only, Any Plastering, Painting etc would need to be carried out by a 3rd Party. Price based on Empty property with clear access to all rooms. |

| Additional charge for Lived in Rewire: - 2 Days labour allowed for moving of furniture, Lifting and Laying of carpets for safety of occupiers, Applying lights and Power each day for occupiers, Re laying of any floorboards each day for occupiers, Daily cleaning for Occupiers. |
